Movies I Missed: A Ghost Story and Call Me by My Name

Corrections for February:

You may have noticed I have not posted a running update since January 26th. That is because I irritated my foot and wanted to let it heal. I have been walking every day, but no running. I’ve given it some time now and I am feeling quite a bit better. I am going to get back on the road tomorrow. I have remained pretty well committed to my diet and I am now down 13.6 lbs. though I still have a long way to go. I’m fairly certain my foot was aggravated because of my weight, so this is going to continue to be a joint project between losing weight and building running stamina. I am going to book myself for a 5k in late February or early March.

I went into the old updates today and fixed some bugs and other formatting issues one of which made a post unreadable. I also noticed that I write in the passive voice a lot and I’m going to try and work on that.

Lastly, the only movie I saw this month that I didn’t write a review for was John Wick. John Wick was a repeat viewing for me and is now one of my favorite revenge flicks. Keanu Reeves is great and the action sequences are pure joy. It is a must see in my opinion.
